Our current client is a part of a global organization engaging in meaningful work to make a positive impact. It’s an international company offering shared services within its businesses in the areas of HR, Finance, IT, Transportation & Logistics, Strategic Sourcing.
On their behalf, we are looking for a Risk Assessment Coordinator who will support a new project related to the recruitment process and policy of third-parties hiring. In this position you will support all functions and businesses through the vendor assessment process, monitoring data and reporting any risk identified.
Please note that we are looking for a professional to join the team for a fixed-term contract with the possibility to become part of the company in the long - term. It is a temporary project, but if you like the company and the company likes you, you could have the possibility of a permanent job opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing vendor data and gathering additional information;
- Performing risk assessment and compliance checks;
- Reviewing the worksheet in line with legal guidelines and reporting any risks identified;
- Collaborating with existing resources and making sure additional vendors checks are performed in line with the vendor process;
- Assisting with process improvement efforts.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (written and verbal);
- Bachelor Degree (or above);
- About 1 year of related business experience;
- Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
- Results-oriented with strong time management skills;
- A team-player attitude and very good communicative skills;
- Previous experience to SAP/ another ERP system is a big plus.
