Our current client is а USA-based software company that provides internet and order management solutions to internet retailers. On their behalf, we are looking for a .NET Developer who will be tasked with developing .NET applications with C#, Web API, and SQL.
What will you do:
- Use Agile methods to plan, design, and develop applications
- Deliver technical solutions for end-user requests and problems
- Using SOLID principles, design and maintain reliable and efficient code
- Use Microsoft SQL Server to integrate data storage solutions
- Identify potential bugs and find ways to resolve them
- Monitor the edge cases of the project’s performance and take adequate measures to explain the reason behind them and possible solutions
- Use unit integrations tests to cover your code
- Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions
A successful .NET Developer will have:
- Experience in building large-scale enterprise apps and creating database schemes representing business processes
- Good experience with OOP, VB.NET, C#, .NET Framework, MSSQL, ASP.NET WEB API, Unit/integration testing, and ADO.NET
- Good understanding of building RESTful services, ASP.NET Web API • Experience with ORMs such as Dapper, Entity Framework 6.x / EF Core
- Proficiency in OOP, Design Patterns, Asynchronous programming, Databases and SQL
- Superb understanding of the .NET platform and its specific features
- Strong communication skills and excellent English (written and verbal)
An advantage would be:
- Previous exposure to expression trees
- Message brokers (RabbitMQ, etc.)
- SignalR
- Git and TFS
- VB.NET would be a big plus
