As a recruitment agency, we will provide you with all the information needed about the company, we will answer all your questions and will prepare you for the interview with the client.


Our current client is a US-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company and a leading eCommerce management system. They provide inventory and order management solutions for internet retailers, combining a set of technologies around Innovation, Intelligence, and Integration.


On their behalf, we are currently looking for an Integration Specialist to contribute to their success. This individual assists with the set-up, testing, and maintenance for systems integrations between the retail platform and the new clients of the company to ensure effective and efficient on-boarding of these integrations. The Integration Specialist maintains impeccable records and has a firm grasp of customer needs, conversations, and outstanding items.


Key Responsibilities: 
  •  Works to understand a client’s needs and then provides a solution by setting up, testing, and maintaining the offered systems; 
  • Assists in creating and communicating the specific project plans to each customer at the outset of each on-boarding process; 
  • Supports integrations related to the client’s business processes; 
  • Maintains knowledge of core software offerings that are essential for seamless communications; 
  • Assists in communicating the company’s software’s current features, upcoming features, and issues; 
  • Ensure optimal level of client satisfaction at all times.

Requirements: 
  •  Fluent command of English (at least C1); 
  • A customer service oriented culture; 
  • Solid technical background combined with previous professional technical support experience; 
  • Previous experience in a SaaS environment will be a strong advantage; 
  • Experience organizing and prioritizing multiple projects with competing deadlines.
