Our current client is UK’s leading bookmaker and one of the most recognized and trusted brands in the gaming industry. 

 On their behalf, we are looking for open and dynamic individuals to join their new team as a Customer Support Specialist with German or Spanish


Responsibilities: 
  •  Communicate with customers using chat, email, phone or a ticketing system (depending on the project requirements);
  • Handle general customer issues – accounts, forgotten passwords etc.; 
  • Resolve customer complaints; 
  • Show good issue understanding, dispatching according to the correct escalation paths for cases that exceed the required service level; 
  • Acceptance, collection, categorization and prioritization of notifications for the agreed services in the ticketing tool;
  • Checking if the issue is solved and close the ticket for information of the user including documentation; 
  • Serve as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for End Client users and other Service Providers or End Client related resolution groups; 
  • Logging of all contact activity (e-mail, web & telephone), dispatching when appropriate and tracking activity; 
  • Ticket management of the queries from opening to closure; 
  • Record and resolve all queries within agreed fix times.

Requirements: 
  •  Excellent command of German or Spanish; 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; 
  • Good command of English language; 
  • Ability to work in dynamic multinational environment; 
  • Good team player; 
  • Ability to work on shifts; 
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment is a plus; 
  • Previous experience or interest in the betting industry is a plus.
