Our current client is a US-based software company with its main office in downtown Sofia. They provide inventory and order management solutions for internet retailers, combining a set of technologies around Innovation, Intelligence, and Integration. On their behalf, we are currently looking for tech savvy professionals who would like to join their growing team as a Software Support Specialist.
What will you do:
- Work with clients to fully understand their needs, troubleshoot issues they encounter while using the software and provide actionable steps and real time resolution to their problem. This includes but is not limited to: errors, bugs, advising on tools and options to accomplish their goals, assistance with integrating new functionality;
- Maintain deep knowledge of the Company operations and products to support client requests in the best possible way;
- Research and troubleshoot technical support issues for client, and open tickets for developers when necessary;
- Document cases and key takeaways and contribute to the development of internal knowledge base to improve their customer service and problem management processes;
- Execute specific platform and software configurations;
- Help customers get most of the products;
- Tests and evaluates pre-released devices developed by the Company.
You need to have:
- Excellent written and verbal skills in English (at least C1);
- Previous experience in a technical support role within SaaS environment;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to learn fast;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills while working with customers and internal team members;
- Availability to work a 16:00-00:00 schedule Monday-Friday, with time off for Bulgarian legal holidays.
