Our client is a Global Company and the leading Slovak IT service provider with well-established operations in Sofia, Bulgaria.
On their behalf we are looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Expert.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrates a high level of Recruitment and HR knowledge, skill and expertise, including legal, theory, and tools;
- Sets hiring strategies for single/ multiple positions / services, ensures the staffing needs are met;
- Achieves high trust in knowledge and ability to apply this to business focused solutions;
- Advises on high profile Recruitment cases where necessary;
- Proposes and manages recruitment budget (advertising, social networks, agencies, employee referrals, etc.);
- Acts as a trusted adviser and works effectively with all local and regional stakeholders;
- Works to improve effectiveness across all Recruitment function; • Reports to HR Manager;
- Manage the end to end hiring process for a set of various positions;
- Gather and analyze management’s requirements regarding job openings;
- Proactively search for candidates through different platforms and channels;
- Research and develop new channels and strategies for recruitment;
- Monitor and ensure continuous improvement of the hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers;
- Short-list candidates, organize and attend interviews - face-to-face and virtual;
- Consult managers and ensure the highest level of person-job-organization fit;
- Negotiate job terms with managers and candidates;
- Organize new staff onboarding;
- Process paperwork associated with hiring of employees;
- Establish relationships with local schools, universities, and other institutions that source potential job candidates;
- Organize and attend job fairs and other recruiting events;
- Participate in creating and implementing effective employer branding strategy of the company.
Requirements:
- Bachelor/ Master degree in HR or related;
- 5+ years of experience in Recruitment, Human Resources or similar HR position;
- Fluent in English (verbal and written);
- Advanced Microsoft office skills;
- Excellent communication, presentation and time management skills;
- An ability to work effectively in a diverse, foreign and multicultural environment;
- Demonstration of skills to solve problems and their prevention;
- Proven ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented business environment;
- Knowledge of local labor code and related legislation.
