Our current client is a leading global BPO company which is rapidly expanding its Sofia operations. On their behalf, we are looking for a Technical Support Consultant with French who will join a team of support specialists.

Responsibilities:
  • Communication via telephone, mail and chat with existing customers in order to diagnose and solve technical issues with the products they have bought;
  • Transfer more difficult enquiries to second level. Follows the transfer policies to politely gather required data and transfer to appropriate team;
  • Demonstrates a strong customer service orientation and takes responsibility to ensure customers are satisfied;
  • Reports the most common issues to Team Leaders, Case Controllers, Trainers and Operations Manager;
  • Achieves productivity and quality targets as set by the Team Leaders in relation to self and other team members.


Requirements:
  • Fluent French language;
  • Very good command of English language;
  • Excellent knowledge of all MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook);
  • Advanced skills in contact centre tools and applications;
  • Ability and interest keep up-to-date on industry best practices and development initiatives;
  • Pleasant, patient and friendly attitude;
  • Strong problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication skills;
