The company is representative of leading international brands like Komatsu, Toyota BT, Ammann Compaction, Lincoln Electric, Gedore Tools, Mitutoyo Measuring etc.
Due to the growth of company operations we have an opening for a Coordinator.
The role:
- manage e-mail and telephone correspondence with foreign suppliers of spare parts;
- organize transport and pull together documentation for deliveries;
- monitor on-time carrying out of orders by suppliers,
- handle incoming e-mails;
- provide admin support to the technical team;
- prepare info in Excel.
The profile:
- educated to degree level or similar;
- fluent in written and spoken English;
- able to multitask, to handle efficiently multiple priorities and keep up with deadlines;
- open and positive person with can-do attitude;
- energetic, diligent, quick to find solutions;
- assertive communicator. Some experience with administrative tasks will be a strong advantage.
