As a recruitment agency, we will provide you with multiple career opportunities and all the information about each one of them. We will answer all your questions in advance, will prepare you for the interviews ahead, and will support you throughout the whole recruitment process. 


 Our client is a global company with HQ and solid operations in Sofia. Currently, they are working with an Israeli online betting start-up, providing both sports and casino services in all verticals. On their behalf we are looking for an experienced CRM Manager to join their rapidly expanding team in Sofia.


Responsibilities
  •  Improve the costumer lifetime value by setting up user relationship management and CRM optimization;
  • Run email campaigns from A to Z, take care of email databases and develop newsletters to market our company and our product;
  • Create an effective dialogue with users by segmentation, delivery and content to improve positive engagement;
  • Using proprietary data and analytics to set strategies that invest in our most valuable costumers;
  • Responsible for player retention and segmentation;
  • Daily collaboration with VIP clients and partners;
  • Collaboration with Graphic designers, R&D teams.


Requirements
  •  Over 2 years in running campaigns, promotions, user experience;
  • CRM software system knowledge;
  • Collaborative spirit and team player both internally and externally;
  • High degree of diligence with an eye for detail, being excellent at analysis and reporting;
  • Excel and PowerPoint skills;
  • Fluent English.
